Buying from Frozen Mango Squish means accepting our terms. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address; we cannot cover losses from address errors. We are not liable for damage resulting from poor maintenance. Always follow our official squishy care & handling guide. All site material is proprietary property of Frozen mango squish and requires permission for any reuse.
Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or returns. Our squishies are handmade, so slight imperfections in color, size, shape, or texture may occur. These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once shipped delivery times vary by location but usually take 3-7 days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as FrozenMangoSquish is not responsible for packages with incorrect adresses.

How to Love Your Squishy
Avoid using your fingernails or pulling on small parts to keep the surface smooth and tear-free. Avoid excess pulling, streching, or rough handling.
Squeezing Correctly
Proper Storage
Store your squishies in a cool, dry environment. Keep away from heat such as sunlight, hot cars, and high temperatures.
Cleaning & Refreshing
If your toy gets dirty, gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals, alcohols, or abrasive cleaners as these many damage the surface.
Friendly Safety Notes
- Don’t eat your squishy! Even though they look like delicious treats, they are toys, not food.
- Not for children under 3 years old due to small parts and choking hazards.
- Supervise playtime for younger children to ensure safe and happy squeezing.
